Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Rotterdam to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand by delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for personal targets and actively support peers to meet store goals.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling: develop existing clients, recruit new clients and build long-term relationships using the store’s client development tools.
- Maintain and develop the highest standards of product and brand knowledge to advise clients across the assortment.
- Support daily store operations including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing procedures as required.
- Serve as a role model and mentor within the team; assist the Team/Store Manager with onboarding, coaching and fostering a client-centric mindset.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming, conduct and operational standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion, with a proven sales record.
- Demonstrated leadership in clienteling and the ability to mentor or coach colleagues.
- Thorough product knowledge and commercial acumen across multiple categories.
- Ability to perform operational tasks (stock handling, floor management, opening/closing routines).
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion, with demonstrated success in clienteling, achieving sales targets and supporting store operations.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or a related discipline preferred.
