Louis Vuitton seeks Senior Client Advisor for Rome Tritone boutique. Lead clienteling, drive sales, mentor team, ensure operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while supporting colleagues in their sales performance
- Elevate client experience and clienteling opportunities through advanced sales techniques and leveraging brand tools to develop existing clients and recruit new clientele
- Demonstrate sales leadership and establish a client-centric mindset within the team
- Assist management in daily operations including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties
- Support managers in developing their teams through training, mentoring, shadowing, and tutoring activities
- Provide guidance on company policies and support client advisors as needed
- Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to store objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or clienteling experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong and effective communication and listening skills
- High level of clienteling expertise
- Excellent client experience delivery capability
- Understanding of business priorities and store dynamics
- Strong organizational skills and agility
