Role & Responsibilities
- Elevate client experience by exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships through personalized service
- Serve as brand ambassador, inspiring passion for Louis Vuitton within the team and among clients
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling, operational excellence, and achievement of store KPIs
- Mentor and coach junior Client Advisors, fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing team environment
- Manage VIP client relationships, hosting exclusive appointments and representing the brand at the highest level
- Contribute to store strategy and demonstrate operational expertise across all retail procedures
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience mentoring and coaching team members in a high-touch service environment
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs and ability to drive sales and profitability
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures
