Senior Client Advisor – Operations at Louis Vuitton Brisbane | Luxury retail operations and stock management role in flagship store

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Team Manager (Stock Control) across daily operations, time management, and opening and closing duties
  • Mentor Client Advisors and champion integration of newcomers through coaching and buddy programmes
  • Maintain impeccable stock room organisation, including shipment arrivals, replenishment, and packaging to keep the sales floor client-ready
  • Manage delivery operations, MySR orders, courier bookings, and MyPR requests with precision and efficiency
  • Uphold stock accuracy standards across reservations, deposits, RMS locations, defective items, and specialised stock processes
  • Provide seamless client-floor support, including stock collection, packaging replenishment, and gift wrapping
  • Act as back-up for CITES applications, repair shipments, DF claims, and Auckland warehouse correspondence
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and champion best practice across the team
