Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering personalised, high-touch client experiences and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; be accountable for personal results while supporting the team to meet collective objectives.
- Demonstrate advanced clienteling techniques and sales leadership, leveraging in-store tools to develop existing clients and recruit new ones.
- Model best-practice clienteling and service behaviours to the team and act as a role model for client-centricity.
- Support store managers with daily operations including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Contribute to team development through training, mentoring, shadowing and tutoring activities.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and provide guidance to colleagues when required; participate in store initiatives and team activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles within premium fashion or accessories.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Advanced clienteling and relationship-management capability with demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high-value clients.
- Strong communication and active listening skills; confident presenting and engaging with a discerning clientele.
- Ability to coach and mentor colleagues, with experience supporting store operations and team development.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
