Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Melbourne, Victoria to lead luxury client experiences and mentor retail teams at the Crown Store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Elevate the client experience by exceeding expectations and cultivating lasting relationships with VIP clientele through strategic clienteling and exclusive appointments
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Louis Vuitton values and inspiring passion for the brand both within the team and with clients
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling initiatives, operational excellence, and achievement of business KPIs
- Mentor and coach junior Client Advisors, fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing team environment
- Contribute to store strategy and operational excellence through proactive problem-solving and agile adaptation to evolving retail challenges
- Manage client escalations professionally and maintain exceptional communication standards across all interactions
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience mentoring and coaching team members in a high-touch service environment
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, lasting client relationships
- Deep understanding of retail business KPIs and ability to drive commercial performance
- Passion for VIP clienteling and hosting exclusive client appointments at the highest brand standards
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, procedures, and strategic planning
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage complex situations professionally
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail or high-touch service environments, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
