Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury client service using the company’s GREATER selling approach; proactively upsell, cross-sell and secure multiple sales across product categories.
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base through personalised service and VIP follow-up communications to present new collections and exclusives.
- Operate the Retail Management System accurately, performing EOD/BOD procedures, returns and reconciliation in line with company policies.
- Support the Team Manager with daily and weekly reporting, cash handling (petty cash) and adherence to payment and security regulations.
- Act as Shift-on-Duty in the absence of the Team Manager, making operational decisions consistent with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Coach and mentor Client Advisors on product knowledge, selling techniques and brand guidelines; apply day-to-day performance coaching to raise standards.
- Assist with merchandise receipt, storage, display and inter-store transfers; perform opening/closing duties and inventory reconciliation when required.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld in windows and on-floor displays and maintain a safe, orderly and immaculate store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable results in clientelling and sales.
- Strong product knowledge in at least one category: leather goods, shoes, ready-to-wear, watches or jewellery.
- Proven coaching and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior sales staff.
- Detail oriented, resilient under pressure and able to assume responsibility and decision-making on shift.
- Demonstrable passion for the brand and for luxury fashion; high levels of motivation and teamwork.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Basic computer literacy and competency with retail systems.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail sales, with prior exposure to clienteling, product knowledge in at least one core category (leather goods, shoes, RTW, watches or jewellery) and experience supervising or mentoring sales staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, business, hospitality or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
