Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences through expert product knowledge, elevated relationship building, and strong commercial acumen
- Specialize in watches and jewellery, accompanying clients through meaningful and high-value purchases to build long-term relationships based on trust and personalization
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for sales results and supporting team members in their sales endeavours
- Welcome every client and enhance their experience by advising across all Louis Vuitton product categories
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills using available tools to develop existing clients and recruit new ones
- Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge across all categories
- Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to store objectives
- Maintain Louis Vuitton brand standards in all aspects of behaviour and presentation
- Assist store management with daily operations including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties
- Support the team manager in developing staff through mentoring, buddy systems, and integration of new team members
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of company policies and provide support to other client advisors
- Lead client development initiatives by example and collaborate with the team to prepare clients for high-end events, animations, and virtual bridge appointments
- Support team manager as accountable lead for all client development KPIs and strategic focuses
- Contribute to stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, premium client services, or related client-facing environment
- Strong exposure to watches and jewellery or other high-value product categories requiring expert advisory selling
- Proven ability to build and develop a loyal client portfolio
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value sales with professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
