Louis Vuitton seeks Senior Client Advisor in London. Lead boutique sales, mentor advisors, and drive client engagement in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client receives service aligned with Louis Vuitton's standards and promise
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach, leveraging available technology platforms and tools to drive client acquisition and retention
  • Mentor and support junior Client Advisors as a role model, fostering a client-centric culture and facilitating new team member integration through buddy systems
  • Drive individual and team sales performance whilst maintaining accountability for sales targets and team results
  • Welcome and advise clients across the full brand portfolio and product categories, tailoring recommendations based on individual preferences and requirements
  • Manage daily store operations including floor management, stock control, and opening and closing procedures
  • Champion client development initiatives, leading by example on key performance indicators including OTO appointments, wardrobing, client growth targets, and high-end event engagement
  • Maintain expert product and brand knowledge to the highest standards, communicating company policies and procedures to the broader team as required
  • Support management in visual merchandising, stock operations, and after-sales services as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury client advisory experience
  • Proven track record in sales achievement and client relationship management
  • Advanced clienteling capabilities and understanding of luxury retail dynamics
  • Team leadership experience and demonstrated mentoring ability
  • Fluent English communication with polished professional demeanor
