Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives whilst maintaining accountability for results and supporting peers in sales performance
  • Welcome every client and enhance their experience by advising across the full brand range and all product categories
  • Demonstrate advanced sales leadership and clienteling skills, utilising available tools to develop existing and recruit new clients whilst building long-term relationships
  • Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge
  • Function as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to overall store objectives
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of personal grooming and professional behaviour
  • Support Team Managers in daily operations including floor management, stock operations, returns and exchanges, and opening/closing duties
  • Mentor and support team members through structured development programmes and the integration of new employees
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of company policies and provide guidance to other Client Advisors when required
  • Lead by example and work collaboratively with the team to develop client relationships for high-end events, animations and virtual bridge appointments

  • Contribute to stock and store operations, visual merchandising initiatives and after-sales service as required by store needs
