Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience across all product categories, guiding and advising clients from first contact through after-sales.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets; proactively develop and convert client opportunities through advanced clienteling and outreach.
  • Act as a role model and sales leader on the sales floor, demonstrating best practices in grooming, behaviour and customer engagement.
  • Support Team Managers with daily store operations: floor management, stock handling, returns/exchanges, opening and closing procedures.
  • Mentor and onboard new hires through buddying and coaching; contribute to team development and performance improvement.
  • Lead client development for high‑end events, in‑store activations and virtual appointments; champion a specific product category when required.
  • Serve as the store liaison to country merchandising by providing actionable feedback on product performance, client insights and local market trends.
  • Contribute to ancillary store activities as needed, including visual merchandising, after‑sales and stock operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail or client advisory roles, preferably within a high‑end fashion maison.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and developing long‑term client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability with experience supporting store management or leading by example on the sales floor.
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury product categories and high standards of presentation and conduct.
  • Ability to manage operational tasks (stock, returns, opening/closing) while maintaining client focus.
