Louis Vuitton Senior Client Advisor in Istanbul – luxury retail sales, clienteling, and team leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for results and supporting colleagues in their performance
- Welcome every client and enhance their experience, advising across the brand's product categories with demonstrated product mastery
- Demonstrate advanced sales leadership and clienteling capabilities, leveraging digital tools to develop existing and recruit new clientele while building enduring client relationships
- Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand knowledge and product expertise across all categories
- Function as a collaborative team member, participating in all activities aligned with store-wide objectives
- Provide operational support to Team Managers including floor management, inventory operations, and store opening/closing procedures
- Mentor and support fellow Client Advisors through coaching and pairing activities, embodying the company's client-centric values
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to company policies while assisting colleagues as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced clienteling and client relationship management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages preferred
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to adapt to dynamic retail environments
- Commitment to delivering exemplary client experiences and upholding brand values
