Louis Vuitton seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Dublin to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clients across all product categories, embodying the Louis Vuitton brand promise and grooming standards.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client outreach, clienteling and cross-selling; contribute to team objectives and sales results.
- Develop and deepen long-term client relationships using advanced clienteling techniques and in-store/virtual appointment tools.
- Act as a role model and sales leader: mentor colleagues, support integration of new hires and foster a client-centric mindset within the team.
- Support Team/Store Manager in daily operations including floor management, stock operations, returns & exchanges, and opening/closing duties.
- Champion a product category as the store reference to the Country Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, client preferences, local market trends and competitors.
- Participate in high-end events, in-store activations and virtual bridge appointments to drive engagement and sales.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, after-sales service and other store needs depending on business requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or high-end sales with a demonstrable sales record.
- Proven ability to acquire and retain high-value clients through proactive outreach and advanced clienteling.
- Strong leadership and mentoring aptitude, with experience supporting colleagues and assisting Store Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with polished professional presentation.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and high-season peaks.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales, with proven success in meeting sales targets and developing lasting client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail/luxury retail preferred.
