Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for results and supporting peer performance
• Welcome every client and enhance their experience by advising across the full Louis Vuitton product portfolio and all categories
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging available tools to develop existing and recruit new clients while building long-term relationships
• Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge, embodying Louis Vuitton's heritage and values
• Perform as a committed team player, participating in all activities that contribute to overall store objectives
• Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in personal grooming and professional behavior at all times
• Assist management in daily operations including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties
• Support the Team Manager in developing team members through mentoring, buddy systems, and integration of new hires
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of company policies and provide guidance to other Client Advisors as needed
• Execute additional responsibilities as required by store needs, including stock management, visual merchandising, and after-sales support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven retail experience in fast-paced, luxury environments
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ownership of curiosity, agility, empathy, and commercial mindset
• Maturity and managerial credibility with ability to lead by example
• Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in retail environments, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods sectors, with proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.

Education

Secondary education required; additional retail or hospitality qualifications or certifications preferred.
