Senior Client Advisor position at Louis Vuitton Dubai. Lead luxury retail sales, mentor staff, and drive client relationships in a permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, maintaining accountability for performance and supporting colleagues to meet targets
- Welcome every client and enhance their experience by advising across the Louis Vuitton brand and all product categories
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills using available tools to develop existing and recruit new clients, building lasting relationships
- Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge
- Perform as a committed team player, participating in all activities that contribute to overall store objectives
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of personal grooming and professional behavior
- Assist store management in daily operations including floor management, stock operations, and opening and closing procedures
- Support the team and store manager in developing staff through mentoring, buddy systems, and integration of new team members
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of company policies and provide guidance to other client advisors as needed
- Undertake additional responsibilities as store needs require, including stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience in fast-paced luxury environments
- Strong ownership of curiosity, agility, empathy, and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maturity and managerial credibility
- Ability to lead by example and establish client-centric mindsets within a team
- Demonstrated proven experience in luxury retail
