Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct professional sales processes, including welcoming clients, identifying needs, presenting products, handling objections, and completing sales transactions.
- Achieve sales targets by breaking down personal goals and creating monthly and weekly sales plans.
- Uphold brand image through adherence to dress codes and service standards, conveying the brand's elegance and core values.
- Assist in maintaining store displays and inventory management to align with brand visual standards.
- Collect and report market feedback on product design, pricing, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales or client advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and clienteling strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end client-facing role is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
