Role & Responsibilities
- Elevate the client experience, exceeding expectations and fostering lasting relationships through strategic clienteling
- Serve as a brand ambassador, inspiring passion for Louis Vuitton among team members and clients through storytelling and authenticity
- Drive sales and profitability targets through strategic business acumen, KPI management, and operational excellence
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a supportive, high-performing environment and contributing to their professional development
- Manage client escalations professionally and represent the brand at the highest level during exclusive appointments and VIP interactions
- Contribute to store strategy and operational procedures while remaining proactive and adaptive to market changes
