Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the luxury client experience, delivering bespoke service and nurturing long‑term relationships with high‑value and VIP clients.
- Drive store commercial performance through strategic clienteling, targeted sales activity and disciplined KPI management.
- Mentor, coach and develop junior Client Advisors, modelling best practice in selling, client management and operational procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, high‑touch sales or a client‑facing role.
- Proven experience mentoring or coaching retail teams and demonstrating leadership capability.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and understanding of retail KPIs.
- Expertise in clienteling and VIP relationship management, including hosting exclusive appointments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional escalation management.
- Thorough knowledge of retail operations and procedures; adaptable and proactive in fast‑paced environments.
