Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and cultivate long-term relationships with VIP and high-potential clients.
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling, appointment management and targeted follow-up activities.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior Client Advisors to elevate team performance and succession readiness.
- Act as a brand ambassador, articulating product heritage and storytelling to inspire client engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence across store procedures, merchandising standards and KPI tracking.
- Manage client escalations professionally and host exclusive client events and private appointments.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury or high‑touch retail client‑facing roles, with demonstrated leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving commercial results.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse and act on store KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience handling escalations and high‑net‑worth clients.
