The Senior Client Advisor represents Louis Vuitton, delivers a brand-aligned client experience, develops client relationships and achieves individual and team sales objectives. The role also serves as a team role model and supports Team Managers with daily operations, mentoring and new colleague integration. Permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team objectives, take accountability for sales results, and support colleagues in their sales.
- Welcome clients, enhance their experience, and advise them across the brand and all product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, using available tools to develop existing clients, recruit new clients, and build long-term relationships.
- Develop the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Contribute as a team player to all activities supporting the store’s overall objectives.
- Maintain Louis Vuitton’s grooming and behavior standards.
- Support Team Managers in establishing a client-centric mindset within the team.
- Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening and closing duties.
- Support the Team or Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring or a buddy system and integrating new colleagues.
- Understand company policies thoroughly and support other Client Advisors when needed.
- Depending on store needs, take on additional responsibilities in stock and store operations, visual merchandising, or after-sales.
Qualifications
- Strong ownership of curiosity, agility, empathy, and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years of retail experience in fast-paced environments.
- Maturity and managerial credibility.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Arabic is a plus.
