Role & Responsibilities
- Execute advanced and complex repair work across multiple product categories, maintaining the Maison's exacting quality standards
- Guide, mentor, and support junior artisans in their technical and professional development
- Troubleshoot and resolve repair challenges, identifying innovative solutions while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to refine repair techniques and processes
- Share technical expertise and best practices across local and Zone Care Services teams
- Contribute to workshop organisation, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with the Logistics and Warehouse Manager to support training, workflow, and atelier excellence
