Louis Vuitton Security & Safety Intern in London, UK. Support retail security operations across UK, Ireland, and South Africa.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as first-line support for retail stores and external vendors regarding security and safety matters
- Serve as focal point for administrative and technical support within the Security & Safety function
- Liaison with and negotiate terms with multiple external vendors, ensuring comprehensive compliance documentation
- Monitor and manage on-site contractor activities and performance
- Support the creation and updating of risk assessments across retail locations
- Manage store electronic article surveillance (EAS) tagging requests and coordinate orders
- Provide support for minor facility works and store projects in collaboration with Facilities and Maintenance teams
- Execute financial administration responsibilities including Purchase Order Management and invoice approval
- Respond to incidents as required, escalating matters appropriately through established protocols
- Maintain flexibility regarding working hours and on-call availability as operationally necessary
- Provide operational support at on-site and off-site events
Qualifications
- Experience working in a security environment or relevant degree qualification
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong Excel proficiency; SAP and Microsoft Power Automate experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and work independently
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to deliver against tight deadlines
- Team-oriented mentality with comfort in vibrant, multicultural environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
