Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and support the Store Director and Team Managers in day-to-day store leadership.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales staff to maximise individual and team performance against sales KPIs.
- Proactively cultivate and manage client relationships through tailored clienteling and personalised service.
- Drive sales on the floor through expert product knowledge and identification of client needs and market trends.
- Oversee operational tasks including merchandising standards, stock management and adherence to store procedures.
- Support recruiting, onboarding and performance feedback; step in as acting supervisor during shifts.
- Optionally champion a specific product category and lead related selling initiatives and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience with a proven sales record; luxury fashion or leather goods experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience coaching boutique teams.
- Strong clienteling skills with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
- KPI-driven mindset with the ability to analyse sales results and translate them into action.
- Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
