Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism, creating an excellent first impression of the Louis Vuitton brand
• Determine client needs and provide directions to relevant departments or personnel within the store
• Support management in animating and managing waiting time and client flow using digital tools
• Serve beverages to clients in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store tidiness throughout operating hours
• Provide gift wrapping, product search, and logistics support to the sales team
• Act as a liaison between sales floor and stock areas during client appointments and busy periods
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver a seamless client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German
• Excellent people skills with a demonstrated passion for client service
• Strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence
• Impeccable grooming and appearance standards
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and digital retail tools
• Valid visa and work permit for Austria (if not an Austrian citizen)
• Availability for all Fridays and Saturdays during the entire contract period, including Christmas and New Year weeks
