Louis Vuitton seeks a Seasonal Store Support Associate in Salzburg to support the client experience during the Christmas and New Year period. This full-time, fixed-term role runs from November 20, 2026, to January 9, 2027; the schedule specifies five days per week, including some Saturdays, while the contract terms state 40 hours per week. Pay starts at €31,514 gross annually based on 38.5 hours per week, with a higher overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients courteously and professionally, creating an excellent first impression of Louis Vuitton.
- Identify client needs and direct clients to relevant departments or colleagues in the store.
- Support managers on duty in managing client flow and animating waiting times, using digital wait-list tools and maintaining clear client communication.
- Serve drinks to clients.
- Keep the store tidy and maintain visual standards throughout the day.
- Support the sales team with gift wrapping, product searches, and running or packaging assistance, including moving between the sales floor and stockrooms as needed.
- Collaborate with the store team to deliver a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards.
- Enhance the client journey in this non-selling role by animating the in-store welcome and waiting experience, providing directions or information, and maintaining displays and the overall appearance of the store.
Qualifications
- Fluent English and German; additional relevant languages are a plus.
- Valid Austrian visa and work permit if not an Austrian or EU citizen.
- Available full-time, five days a week, including some Saturdays, for the entire contract period, including the Christmas and New Year week, excluding public holidays when the store is closed.
