Louis Vuitton is hiring a Seasonal Store Support Associate in Salzburg on a part-time fixed-term contract from 20 November 2026 to 9 January 2027, for 30–32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday. The role supports the store team during the Christmas and New Year period through client welcome and flow, in-store assistance, drinks service, visual upkeep, gift wrapping and product running. The salary is at least €31,514 gross annually, based on full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week; a higher overpayment may apply depending on qualifications and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism, creating an excellent first impression of the brand.
- Determine clients’ needs and direct them to the relevant departments or team members in the store.
- Support the managers on duty in managing client flow and waiting times, using digital wait-list tools and maintaining clear client communication.
- Serve drinks to clients.
- Keep the store tidy and maintain visual standards throughout the day.
- Assist the sales team with gift wrapping, product searches, running items between the sales floor and stockrooms, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the wider store team to deliver a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards.
- Animate the in-store welcome and waiting experience, provide directions or information, maintain displays and the overall appearance of the store, and support the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- Passion for client service, excellent people skills, empathy and agility.
- A proactive, alert, outgoing, charismatic and approachable manner, with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and comfort working with different kinds of IT tools.
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills.
- Fluent English and German; additional relevant languages are an advantage.
- Valid Austrian visa and work permit for candidates who are not Austrian or EU citizens.
- Availability to work part-time Monday to Thursday throughout the contract, including Christmas and New Year week, excluding public holidays when the store is closed.
