Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with exceptional courtesy and professionalism, creating a distinguished first impression aligned with brand standards
• Assess client needs and provide informed directions to relevant departments or personnel within the boutique
• Support management in orchestrating wait-list processes and client flow animation using digital tools while maintaining clear communication
• Serve refreshments to clients and ensure their comfort during their boutique experience
• Maintain impeccable visual standards and store tidiness throughout operating hours
• Execute gift wrapping, packaging, and product logistics support for the sales advisory team
• Collaborate with the broader store team to deliver a cohesive, memorable client experience reflecting the Louis Vuitton Promise

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse clientele
• Proactive, charismatic demeanor with high emotional intelligence and resilience in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with digital tools and systems, including wait-list management platforms
• Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 25 hours weekly on three full days, including select Saturdays through the December holiday and New Year periods
• Valid Austrian work permit or EU citizenship

Skills

Experience

Entry-level candidates with a demonstrated passion for luxury client service and retail hospitality are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential for motivated individuals seeking to enter the luxury sector.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; additional hospitality or retail qualifications are advantageous.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 31,514 per annum.
