Louis Vuitton Vienna: Seasonal Stock Support Specialist | November–December 2026 | €31,514 annually | Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in product delivery, replenishment, and inter-store transfers
- Replenish product drawers and proximity stock locations throughout operating hours
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management processes
- Maintain and restock packaging stations across the store during peak periods
- Provide wrapping and packaging support to the sales team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas during busy moments
- Collaborate with the broader store team to create a seamless client experience in alignment with Louis Vuitton brand standards and the brand promise
Qualifications
- Valid visa and work permit for Austria (if not an Austrian or EU citizen)
- Fluent German and strong proficiency in English
- Ability to work a demanding schedule including some Saturdays throughout November and December
- Availability for the entire contract duration including Christmas and New Year periods (excluding store closures on public holidays)
- Physical capability to perform light manual labour such as carrying boxes and merchandise
