Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
- Welcome and advise clients to deliver personalised, high‑end shopping experiences consistent with brand standards.
- Support clients across the full product range, from leather goods to accessories and ready‑to‑wear.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools and proactive outreach.
- Participate actively in team initiatives and boutique activities that drive commercial results.
- Develop and maintain in‑depth product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming, service and operational standards and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Proven clienteling and sales track record with strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
- Good command of Excel and comfortable using boutique IT systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, discretion and a client‑centric mindset.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods, with demonstrable clienteling and results in meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or further education in retail, sales or fashion is a plus.
