Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily back‑of‑house operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with brand standards.
- Oversee inventory control including receiving, stock reconciliation, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
- Coordinate repairs, alterations and after‑sales processes to guarantee timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain store systems and facilities; liaise with internal teams and external vendors as required.
- Support financial procedures related to stock movements, returns and reconciliations in accordance with store policies.
- Deliver high‑quality client care for in‑store and post‑purchase interactions, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity during seasonal demand.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in a retail environment with an operations or inventory focus.

- Experience handling repairs/alterations and after‑sales service is preferred.
- Familiarity with stock control procedures, POS/store systems and basic financial reconciliations.
- Ability to work on‑site at the Canal Place boutique and to work a flexible, part‑time schedule including peak retail periods.

Education
