Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and stock organization to ensure accurate product availability
- Coordinate client service requests and support front-of-house team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee store facility systems and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with brand guidelines
- Execute financial processes including transactions, cash handling, and reconciliation procedures
- Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand operational standards
- Provide client care support and facilitate after-sales services including repairs and product care
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail environment experience
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management or stock control
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Experience in luxury retail environments preferred
