Louis Vuitton is hiring a Seasonal Store Support Associate in Salzburg for a part-time, fixed-term contract from November 20, 2026, to January 9, 2027. The role supports the client experience during the Christmas and New Year period through welcoming, client-flow assistance, refreshments, store presentation, and practical support for the sales team. Pay starts at €31,514 gross annually based on full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week, with a possible higher overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients courteously and professionally, making an excellent first impression.
- Determine client needs and direct them to the relevant store departments or team members.
- Support the management team in managing and animating waiting times and client flow using digital wait-list tools, while ensuring smooth client communication.
- Serve drinks to clients.
- Keep the store tidy and maintain strong visual standards throughout the day.
- Assist the sales team with gift wrapping, running, packaging, product searches, and moving items between the shop floor and stock rooms as needed, including during or after client appointments.
- Maintain displays and the overall appearance of the store.
- Collaborate with the store team, managers, and client advisors to create a seamless experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for client service, excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, agility, and a proactive, alert, outgoing, charismatic, and approachable manner.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with multitasking and working with different IT tools.
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills.
- Fluent English and German; additional relevant languages are a plus.
- A valid visa and work permit for Austria are required for candidates who are not Austrian or EU citizens.
- Availability for part-time work, including some Saturdays, throughout the full contract period, including Christmas and New Year week, except public holidays when the store is closed.
