Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for sales performance
- Welcome and engage every client with attentive, personalized service that reflects Louis Vuitton brand standards
- Guide clients through the complete Louis Vuitton product collection and support purchasing decisions across all categories
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM platforms to foster brand loyalty
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to all boutique activities aligned with overall business goals
- Cultivate expert-level product knowledge across Louis Vuitton's various creative universes and collections
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in personal grooming, presentation, and professional conduct at all times
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or clienteling experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium goods

- Fluency in English and German or Russian at B2 level or higher; additional languages are advantageous
