Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised luxury service in accordance with the Louis Vuitton brand promise; act as an ambassador for the maison on the shop floor.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive prospecting, client advising and closing.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM systems; perform regular follow-up and personalized outreach.
- Acquire and maintain expert product and brand knowledge across all categories to advise clients and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Support in-store operations as required, including POS transactions, client record management and adherence to visual/merchandising standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share market feedback to inform local sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or retail experience, preferably within luxury or high-end fashion environments.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing client information and follow-up.
- Flexible, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing retail setting.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of customer-facing retail or sales experience; experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail, visual merchandising or fashion is preferred but not required.
