Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives an experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Identify and fulfill client needs to enhance their store experience and perception of the brand.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
- Master brand and product knowledge to effectively advise clients across all product categories.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
- Strong background in customer-centric environments.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a customer-focused role, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
