Louis Vuitton — Saturday Client Advisor (part-time) in Lausanne, Switzerland. Temporary role delivering luxury client service; French & English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming and accompanying clients in accordance with Louis Vuitton’s service standards.
- Create personalised, memorable experiences and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Advise clients on product selection across leather goods and accessories, matching needs to appropriate Maison universes.
- Adopt a strategic sales mindset to pursue and achieve individual sales objectives on Saturdays.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in mandatory brand and product training.
- Contribute to store presentation and uphold visual and service standards while working collaboratively within the sales team.
- Record and update client information following company clienteling practices to support follow-up and retention.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail or hospitality is required.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, curiosity and a team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work every Saturday on a part-time (20%) fixed-term contract; able to start as soon as possible.
- Demonstrated motivation for continuous improvement and an interest in the Maison’s history and product universes.

Experience
Previous experience in client-centric retail or hospitality is required; suitable for candidates at entry-level/beginner with demonstrable customer-facing experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in retail, hospitality or business is advantageous but not required.
