The SAP Distribution Manager is the regional point of contact for SAP SD/MM evolutions and projects across South Asia, building local expertise and leading customization and UAT support for global and regional rollouts. The role is a full-time, one-year temporary contract based on-site in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own, manage and drive deployments of regional projects.
• Configure solutions, conduct integration testing, support user acceptance testing, deliver key-user training and provide on-site go-live support.
• Track project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the design of regional initiatives, including new distribution flows and reorganizations.
• Serve as the SAP solution expert, implementing new projects and features and supporting users during UAT.
• Liaise with the Central team on new regional requests and coordinate development and deployment.
• Manage relationships with local partners and local and regional LV_NEO teams responsible for support and maintenance.
• Act as the local point of contact for SAP distribution escalations.
• Provide L4 support when needed to assist support teams with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Liaise with support and central teams to resolve issues and follow up on problems.
• Support change requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science.
• Prior information systems experience in the retail, distribution or supply chain domain.
• Expertise in SAP/MM/SD and functional integration between SAP and other systems, including WMS, OMS and POS.
• A broad range of IS&T competencies, including APIs, BPMs and SQL, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of consumer-goods supply chain, logistics and distribution flows, preferably in a retail context with international exposure.
• Good command of spoken and written English; an additional language is a plus.
• Highly adaptable and flexible in accepting new ideas and procedures.
• Innovative, self-starting and customer-centric mindset.
• Organized, able to meet deadlines and action-oriented.
