Louis Vuitton — Sampling Assistant (Intern), Ducey, France. 3–6 month on-site internship supporting PLM, sampling and prototype coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Responsable Maquettage in daily follow-up and coordination of new product development projects.
- Support planning and scheduling of mock‑ups (maquettes) and prototype production.
- Monitor flows of mock‑ups and raw materials (receptions, shipments) and maintain accurate tracking records.
- Prepare internal presentations using data exported from the PLM system to support design and validation meetings.
- Manage mock‑up billing via the PLM tool: creation of invoices, tracking, and follow‑up with style coordinators.
- Enter and process service and material orders required by the atelier and sampling team.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate at Bac+2/3 level (BTS, BUT, Licence) in business administration, coordination, executive assistant studies or a related discipline; fashion/luxury specialisation preferred.
- Organised, methodical and rigorously attentive to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; prior exposure to PLM and/or SAP is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated interest in leather goods, product development or the luxury sector; English language skills are a plus.

Entry‑level / débutant: no prior professional experience required. Previous internships or coursework in fashion product development, sampling or administrative coordination are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed Bac+2/3 (BTS, BUT, Licence) in business, coordination, assistant studies or a related field; fashion or luxury specialisation preferred.

This position is based in Ducey, Normandy, France, within easy reach of Rennes.
