Louis Vuitton, Ducey (France) — Sample Development Assistant (Intern). 3–6 month internship at Ateliers Louis Vuitton, starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Maquettage Manager in daily coordination and follow-up of new-product development projects, liaising with Style teams based in Paris.
- Participate in the planning and scheduling of mock-ups and prototypes.
- Monitor the flow of samples and raw materials — manage receptions, shipments and inventory tracking.
- Prepare internal presentations and reports using data exported from the PLM system.
- Manage invoicing related to mock-ups for style coordinators via the PLM: creation, tracking and reminders.
- Enter and track service and material orders required by the atelier and development team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+2/3 programme (BTS, BUT, Licence) in business administration, coordination, assistantship or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills, rigour and effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; prior exposure to PLM and/or SAP is highly desirable.
- Interest or sensibility to fashion, leather goods or luxury product development.
- English language skills are a plus.

Entry-level internship: suitable for students or recent graduates seeking a 3–6 month placement. Previous internship or exposure to fashion/luxury environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bac+2/3 level education (BTS, BUT, Licence) in management, coordination, administrative support or equivalent; currently enrolled students are eligible.

This position is based in Ducey, Normandy, France, within easy reach of Rennes.
