Role & Responsibilities

- Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and conduct standards.
- Assist management with daily operations, including floor management, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Support the Client Manager and Store Manager in employee development initiatives, including mentorship programs, staff training, and onboarding of new employees.
- Understand and implement company policies, assisting other client advisors as needed.
- Additional responsibilities may include inventory and store operations, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and acting as a liaison with the merchandising department to provide feedback on product performance, quality, customer insights, local market trends, competitive brands, and potential opportunities.
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
