Louis Vuitton Sales Leader position in Hangzhou, China—luxury retail leadership role focused on client experience and team excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve personal and team sales targets, taking ownership of sales performance and providing support to team members in meeting their individual sales objectives
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by receiving guests with attentiveness, understanding their needs, and providing expert product knowledge across the full brand collection
- Demonstrate sales leadership and refined selling techniques, leveraging customer relationship management tools to cultivate existing clients, identify new prospects, and build long-term relationships
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, values, and product categories
- Actively participate in store activities that contribute to achieving overall performance targets
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming standards and codes of conduct
- Support store management in daily operations including floor management, inventory control, opening and closing procedures
- Assist the store manager and team in employee development initiatives, including mentoring systems, staff training, and onboarding programs
- Understand and implement company policies, providing guidance to other sales consultants as needed
- Serve as liaison to the merchandise department, providing feedback on product sales, quality, client insights, local market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities

Experience
