Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador, delivering the Louis Vuitton standard of hospitality and an exceptional client experience for every guest.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales targets while supporting the team to meet collective performance objectives.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships using clienteling techniques and CRM tools to maximise lifetime value and repeat business.
- Provide authoritative product and brand advice across the full assortment, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and exemplary service skills; coach and support colleagues to improve performance and close sales.
- Support daily store operations including floor management, inventory control, opening/closing procedures and after‑sales service.
- Contribute to store initiatives that support business objectives, including visual merchandising, stock management and local market feedback to merchandising teams.
- Assist the Client Manager and Store Manager with onboarding, mentorship and the development of new and existing team members, fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Comply with Louis Vuitton grooming and conduct standards and uphold brand values at all times.

Experience
Entry-level: suitable for candidates at the beginning of their retail career; prior experience in retail or customer service desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrable aptitude for sales and client development is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary study in business, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
