Louis Vuitton Sales Audit Analyst—Seasonal position in New York. Temporary role reconciling sales and payments, USD $29–$32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile Freestanding and Lease Department Store accounts
- Investigate tender variances and escalate issues to the IT department through ticket submission
- Execute monthly closing procedures, including journal entry preparation
- Perform General Ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Manage SAP account aging and clearing processes
- Apply intercompany payments in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct receivable and fee analysis to identify trends and discrepancies
- Invoice internal and external customers accurately and efficiently
- Provide comprehensive audit documentation to support financial reviews
- File and submit necessary evidence for chargeback claims
- Generate ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented work ethic
- Availability from July 2026 through December 2026

2 or more years of relevant experience within finance, with demonstrated proficiency in sales, bank, and general ledger reconciliation processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
