Louis Vuitton hiring Sales Audit Analyst (seasonal) in New York. $29–$32/hr. Finance reconciliation role, July–December 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile Freestanding and Lease Department Store accounts
- Investigate tender variances and escalate issues to IT through ticket submission
- Execute monthly closing procedures, including preparation of journal entries
- Perform General Ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Manage SAP account aging and clearing processes
- Apply intercompany payments according to established procedures
- Conduct receivable and fee analysis to identify trends and discrepancies
- Invoice both internal and external customers accurately and efficiently
- Provide comprehensive audit documentation to support financial reviews
- File and submit necessary evidence for chargeback claims
- Generate ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in SAP
- Excellent attention to detail
