The Sales Associate represents Louis Vuitton at its Lille store on a full-time, permanent contract, delivering personalized service to local and international clients across all product categories. The role involves building long-term client relationships, sharing the Maison’s values and heritage, and working with the team to achieve store objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Louis Vuitton as a brand ambassador, delivering a unique, personalized experience to every client and communicating the Maison’s values, heritage, ambitions and creativity.
- Advise local and international clients across all product categories and introduce them to the Maison’s world.
- Build and nurture privileged, long-term client relationships, developing client knowledge and loyalty.
- Work with a passionate team to meet the store’s challenges and collective objectives.
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in fashion and curiosity about new collections and trends.
- Empathy, strong listening skills and a welcoming approach to deliver excellent service, understand clients in depth and identify their desires.
- Agility and the ability to adapt to different clients and situations in a constantly evolving environment.
