Role & Responsibilities

  • Consult and serve discerning national and international clientele with product expertise and styling guidance
  • Drive sales across the complete Louis Vuitton product range and provide style recommendations
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive service
  • Support in-store events including collection transitions, private appointments, and product launches
  • Execute point-of-sale and inventory management activities using the merchandising system

Qualifications

  • Completed professional training or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm for client engagement
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and sales aptitude
  • Strong collaborative ability and team orientation
  • Fluent German and English language proficiency
  • Additional language skills are advantageous
