Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised consultation and aftercare to an international and discerning clientele.
- Sell the full Louis Vuitton assortment and deliver tailored style and product advice.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships and an active client portfolio.
- Support and contribute to in‑store events, including collection changes, private appointments and product launches.
- Perform cash handling and inventory tasks using the store merchandise management system.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training (apprenticeship or equivalent).
- Previous experience in retail sales.
- Excellent verbal and written German and English skills.
- Professional, confident presence with a genuine passion for luxury retail and client service.
- Strong team spirit and cooperative approach; flexibility to support store events.
