Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, memorable client experience by engaging authentically and building long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Demonstrate and maintain deep brand and product knowledge across all categories to advise clients effectively.
- Leverage clienteling tools and CRM to prospect, nurture and reactivate clients and document interactions.
- Articulate the Maison narrative and brand DNA to enhance client engagement and elevate the in-store experience.
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding luxury service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; experience in high-end or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commercial and strategic sales mindset.
- Comfortable using clienteling tools and CRM systems; strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and to adapt to dynamic priorities.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or high-end markets, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or post-secondary credential in business, retail, fashion or related field preferred.
