Louis Vuitton seeks a Sales Advisor in Strasbourg to deliver personalised luxury client experiences (fixed‑term, full‑time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated brand ambassador, delivering a personalised, high‑standard customer experience on every client interaction.
- Proactively identify client needs, present product assortments and styling solutions, and close sales to achieve individual and store targets.
- Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships through clienteling activities and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of collections, materials and craftsmanship to convey the Maison’s heritage and creative vision.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and boutique presentation are impeccable.
- Adapt service approach to diverse client profiles and evolving commercial contexts while preserving the brand’s tone and etiquette.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to refine selling techniques and product expertise.
