Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects the Maison’s values and heritage at every touchpoint.
- Engage clients proactively to identify needs, present products persuasively and close sales to achieve and exceed individual and store targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing clienteling, follow-up and tailored service.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients authoritatively.
- Contribute to boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to ensure a pristine, brand-consistent environment.
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and point-of-sale procedures.

- Strong commercial instinct with a demonstrable drive to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Genuine interest in fashion and luxury goods; keeps abreast of trends and new collections.
- Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills, with a polished, client-centric approach to service.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and composure in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level — no prior professional experience required; enthusiasm for luxury retail and client service is essential. Training will be provided as part of the onboarding program.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail or fashion is a plus.
