Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience and embody the Maison’s values and heritage for local and international customers.
- Advise clients across all product categories, nurture relationships and develop long‑term client loyalty through attentive clienteling.
- Manage inbound merchandise: receive deliveries, prepare store allocations, organise and maintain storage areas, and execute stock replenishment.
- Carry out inventory procedures and support regular stock counts to preserve stock accuracy and availability.
- Contribute to store commercial objectives by actively participating in sales initiatives and supporting the team to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with store colleagues on visual presentation, order preparation and daily operational tasks to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail; experience in luxury, fashion or leather goods preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven drive to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and an aptitude for building durable client relationships.
- Organisational rigour and a sense of responsibility for stock management and inventory control.
- Adaptability, versatility and the capacity to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods, with demonstrated sales results and stock management exposure.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury retail is advantageous.

This position is based in Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
